Flargen Flugen von der Slugen

Tony (Incase’s Grand Puba) is currently chillin’ with John Mayer in Amsterdam and he’s trying to tell us something in Dutch: “Flargen Flugen von der Slugen”. Does anybody know what this means? Please let us know.
