I have been an incase customer since their first ipod case! I am so excited to see a case that is trying to look and be different for the iphone. The indent line in the molding are genius for providing grip with some style. I sure hope that your online customers get first crack in getting one of them!

They break pretty easily. I’ve had mine for two months, and it’s pretty much totally ripped in the top left corner. I bought it because it looked good, but I would never buy it again.

All Incase products come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. Breakage is not common on these units and Incase would be happy to replace any case that has had such a problem during normal use. You can click on the “Returns” link at the bottom of this or any page on our site to file a claim. You may also download and fax the claim form to us at 1-626-480-7877.

i have also bought one of these cased and almost spent 40 bucks and i really loved the case its very sleek and stylish and protects well
but i dropped it one time and the bottom of the case just shattered :(
other that that its a great case i guess it did save my phone just wish it was a little less
hard plastic maybe a little more durable would be awesome i love the touch cases they are thinner but seem more sturdy
anywho laters

So, with the rubber cases, since you have to remove the phone from it to clean the grit or whatever from in between the case and it, plus if you want to use a dock, the phone needs to be removed and replaced in the case sort of regularly. The main problem with this, it that the case, through no fault of my own, is very loose, and is getting close to being so stretched that it is almost useless. Is there any tricks to shrink the case down to where it should be? ie: freezing, boiling, chanting, hoping, positive affirmation, or just letting the reality wash over me that I’ll have to buy a new case? Shouldn’t the warranty help at all? I’d ask Damon, but I don’t want him to think i’m another friend wanting to hit him up for free swag.
