For your viewing pleasure, I’ll be showcasing a hand picked assortment of Incase visuals throughout my blog. To get things started, here’s an ad from last year featuring two graphic leather cases I worked on.

The geometric pattern on the Rome Folio (top) was inspired by 13th century architecture and designed exclusively for the grand opening of the Apple store in Rome, Italy. For a seasonal product refresh, we designed the Icosahedron Folio based on a convex regular polygon composed of twenty triangular faces that represents the element of water and is associated with the season of spring.

Our most recent John Mayer and Incase collaboration. Together, we created a simple, reusable, “green” utility/grocery bag made from hemp that was given to all the passengers of his Mayercraft Carrier Cruise last weekend. With one large volume and two buttoned flap pockets on the front for a wallet, keys or sunglasses, it was the perfect accessory for anyone cruising on the ship.

I heard the music was incredible and everyone on the cruise had a blast. Tony was there for the festivities. You can check out more pics on his blog.

I finally received the latest Arkitip issue today. No. 0044 HIGHMATH. This time around, the magazine handed over all design responsibilities to Wood Wood, a Danish design collective. “Produced on the occasion of exhibition,” the issue also served as a working catalog for the self titled show being held in Berlin featuring an incredible group of creatives.

I’ve always been impressed with Arkitip’s ability to create a refreshingly new experience with each of their issues. For issue 0044, each magazine is packaged in a custom box commemorating the show in Berlin along with a 3D viewer and 3 image reels containing work from the exhibition.
