I think it is rather unprofessional that these new items have been out for a few weeks now, and InCase doesn't even have them on their own website. One would assume the company that produces them would have their on their own website first. They should be in Apple stores across the country, well I can confirm they are in the stores in the Seattle area, as they arrived today. I happen to be at the mall and decided to stop in the Apple store. I asked the employee and they said they didn't have any, but then looked on the shelf and saw the Incase box and looked closer and said "Protective Cover for iPod Touch" and the small icon of the Touch and read "Custom fits NEW iPod Touch". It is $29.95 and the had black only in stock (which is fine as that is the color I wanted). The SKU number for Apple is TU162ZM/A. Why InCase hasn't updated their site to at least show the photos is beyond me since they are out in stores now but not on Apple's website as I type this. Why the big secret in these cases is beyond me. The new Touch design and features were the secret, but that was unveiled weeks ago. I am about ready to jump ship myself and buy elsewhere. I am holding off on purchasing the new Touch because I want a case to put it in, and would like that case to be from InCase.
