I purchased your power slider in mid July and it stopped working in mid October. I took it back to Best Buy and they would not make good on it. They claim they don’t carry the product any longer and they totally blew me off. What’s up with that?

These are really some amazing piece of pictures. I liked them and am sure anybody else will like them as well. I have used some of these previously and I believe getting the signal correctly is a big problem for some cases.

This product has been unbelievably glitchy since I got it. After the first few weeks I started to see the incase battery drain by 2 lites after only an hour of minimal to no use. After two months I suddenly lost sync ability. I’d press and hold the sync button only to have the incase battery turn off then on, not allowing a connection with my 3GS. Just a few days ago I plugged the incase in to charge it up and my iPhone now says the accessory cannot be used, that all of a sudden there’s a compatibility issue. Don’t even get me started on the poor reception with both 3G and WiFi. Unbelievable. Terrible product from an unethical company that refuses to take care of its customers. Thanks for stealing my money, incase. Bunch of frauds.

I bought this from Best Buy, since it was open box, they had a price of $72.99 from 79.99, I got them to take the price down to 59.99

I am very skeptical of phones, cases, and any other accessories in the past. I went through 4 different cases within the fist two weeks including the OtterBox. Then I went to this and I would never think about going to another case.

I purchased Morphie incase two weeks ago. I am a physician that uses my iphone for all of my communications. Since placing my iphone in this case my reception in my home which was normally 3-5 bars now says no service and if lucky 1 bar. I need my iphone to receive life and death phone calls from patients and the intensive care unit . I would just take it off but when I try to use the normal charging adapter that comes with the iphone I get a message that this “adapter is not supported!!!! HELP!!!!

I just bought the Incase Power Slider and am not able to charge while the iPhone is paired with the Slider. I’m getting a message on my iPhone saying “charging is not supported by this accessory”. Am I doing something wrong or is the Slider not compatible with 3GS? I’m able to Sync with not issue.

Man I wish I would have researched this a little more. This case works as advertised but the draw back is you loose all signal. I have wifi available everywhere at work and the most I get is 1-2 bars. As I type this post I am sitting right next to my home wifi hub and still only get 2 bars and the phone signal is also only 2 bars. WTF chuck. Phone signal is non existant most of the time with the case installed. Once the case is off the phone works like a charm without any large dead zones. Luckily I only paid 38 bucks for mine so it isn’t a huge lose to me. Now I have to find something else that allows the phone to work while installed. No wonder they dropped this product like a hot potato!! Thanks incase for standing behind your product. I cannot return it because like most people I have long since thrown out the trash with all the “required claim info and packaging” now I have a great battery back up when I don’t need to use my phone.

Looks like INCase has DISCONTINUED this item. Cannot find it on their site any longer when searching for products.

And a DARN GOOD THING at that. I searched far and wide for a holster style CASE to fit this and finally found one. I had recently switched to ATT from Verizon because I HAD TO HAVE an IPhone. I was beginning to think all the DROPPED CALLS were due to ATT having SUCKY SERVICE – but when I’m laying in bed on the phone, with 5 bars – and then spontaneously DROPS CALLS (and also gets real poor incoming audio), then take the SLIDER OFF and the phone works LIKE A CHAMP – it has the to be SLIDERS FAULT.

I assume INCase will do NOTHING to rectify the issue, since in recognition of all the COMPLAINTS regarding dropped calls – it appears they have DROPPED THE PRODUCT. Can anyone say CLASS ACTION SUIT? I wonder how many of these were SOLD and are UN-RETURNABLE – since we’ve all probably thrown away the packaging and reciepts.

It’s a CRYING SHAME as the fit and feel of the unit, the additional protection it affords the phone, and not least the ADDITIONAL BATTERY LIFE – WOULD HAVE MADE THE EXPENSIVE COST of it COMPLETELY WORTHWHILE.

Too bad the DROPPED CALL ISSUES make what could have been a SMASH HIT of a product – a POS you just want to SMASH AGAINST THE WALL. OTOH – I hear the competitors product (called a “Mophie”) suffers from the same issue.

I mean REALLY you guys that designed this. If the phones ANTENNA is on the BACK OF THE PHONE and you stick a LARGE METAL ENCASED BATTERY all the way along the back of the phones case and NOT EXPECT DROPPED CALLS?

Just bought the case for 3Gs 32GB, loved the case untill i lost ALL SERVICE. called apple support and they told me to return it….. great job, what good is double battery life if you cant use the phone… im returning it tomorrow… seems to be a known issue and no one can explain why or why they are selling it still knowing it kills the phone
