Finger On The Pulse BBQ #1
Summer swooped into Brooklyn last night with Finger On The Pulse’s Summer BBQ Blow Out #1 at the Hope Lounge in Williamsburg.

Finger On The Pulse Summer BBQ Blow Out of 2009

From a purely gastro-intestinal standpoint, this post is kind of a big deal. Incase Music & Events is very happy to announce that after last year’s run of neighborhood-friendly, chef-curated bar-be-cue events, brothers Greg & Darin Bresnitz (a/k/a Finger On The Pulse) are once more firing up the grills for summer.
From now through August should you find yourself in Williamsburg with $5 bucks to burn and a hankerin’ for gourmet BBQ—do yourself a favor—GO TO ONE OF THESE EVENTS. Hosted every last Wednesday of the month by a cast of adventurous chefs, luminary DJs, and dubiously clad heavy petters, you’re guaranteed to experience at least four things:
- You’ll stuff your face.
- You’ll dance.
- You’ll make new friends. And,
- If you arrive early enough, you’ll walk with a small pile of Incase products for your iPod & iPhone.
The first BBQ kicks off next week, May 27th at the Hope Lounge.

Royal Flush Cycling Event in Sydney

We’re sponsoring the “Royal Flush” Cycling event in Sydney, Australia that Le Pista Resistance is organizing.
The ride is designed so that your finish time is NOT the most important thing. The whole aim is to have a bunch of fun riding your bike. There is going to be a whole host of ways to win prizes – being fast is only one of them.

Paul Rodriguez Giveaway Winners
Last week we held a giveaway to celebrate PROOF, a video by Paul Rodriguez. We received a lot of entries and carefully looked at each and everyone of them. We were pleasantly surprised how good a lot of you guys are. We eventually came to an agreement that these are the winners…
1st Prize: Josh Pantoja. Anyone that starts off a line with a switch frontside 360 is a guaranteed winner and totally deserves a Skate Bag.
2nd prize: Kevin Erst. Love the rawness. An Overnite Bag is coming your way Kevin.
3rd prize: Dave Feldman. Not many people can make inward heelflips look good (except Wieger van Wageningen of course) but Dave nailed it. Enjoi your Skate Pack Dave.
Congrats guys! Let us know what you think of the bags! Thanks to everyone that entered, there will be more giveaways in the future, so keep our site in check. Subscribe to our Twitter!
Now go watch PROOF.
