I really love the style of the new sliders, especially the Gold Crystal and the Black Crystal. You guys at Incase are really talented. But it’s really disappointing that you don’t ship to Europe! I really would love those two cases for my iPhone 3GS!!! :’(

I have to second the limited shipping options – I live in Australia, and Incase don’t ship here either. I would love to buy products directly from the website as retailers in Australia put HUGE mark-ups on the Incase products they sell here, and there tends to be very limited choice of colours, and only old stock for older products available in the shops.
I haven’t found any online retailers who sell Incase and ship to Australia.

What happened to the Crystal Sliders? I don’t see them anymore on the Fall Collection page. I was really looking forward to the black one.

Fonzi: Red Backpack was part of Spring collections and is sold out. Some better boutiques might still sell that color.
Nausheen, Kat and Ratnor: We’re working on better international distribution. Most Apple Stores sell Incase products. Even online.

I waited for 5 months for you to come out with a cyan blue 17″ hardshell case. I was told that color would be here by August in 4 different phone calls. You guys are really up on your word hu?
