Can you supply any details as to what products you’re planning? Anything comparable to the black microfiber Apple iPad case/stand?

Make a vegan version of the leather case that apple is making, with different colors too.

Jesse, an excellent post! However, Apple’s iPad case is animal-friendly as it is made of microfiber!
However, if InCase does produce a proper quality microfiber – not (!) leather – case (providing sound protection both against the elements and impact) with the functional properties of those of the original iPad Case plus a few (such as water resistance, etc. – but not at the cost of ergonomics), I’ll be tempted to purchase one! I’ll procure 2 (one for my sweetheart) if there’s a pink or red version as well!
No leather, please, but high quality microfibe!

Please make a Bamboo version for the iPad similar to the iPhone case!

You probably have thought of this one already, but I’d like to see a dock that can easily swivel from portrailt to landscape mode. Then, all I need is a bluetooth keyboard and I have an iPad sort-of-usable when it’s on my desk. The Apple keyboard dock locks you into vertical mode, which is a shortcoming. Anyway, I look forward to seeing what you guys come up with!

i would like to see a envelope type case like the original white one for the macbook air. I would buy that in a minute

i would love a cyan colored perforated snapcase for the iPad, please an thanks

I would like to see a hardshell like those for the MBPs.
Jan 31, 2010 at 6:43 pm
Neoprene case just like the one for the MacBook Pro 17.
Feb 01, 2010 at 12:34 am
Definitely want a black hardshell like you make for the Air and MBP. Thanx!
Feb 01, 2010 at 1:31 pm
How about a slider case or a gel skin, just like the iphone cases!
Feb 01, 2010 at 2:01 pm
Time to bring back the Moya Packs!!!!!!!!!! :D Still loving my original small one, and wish i’d gotten the bigger one.
Feb 01, 2010 at 2:27 pm
Plz make one that looks like poop so then no one will want to touch my iPad except for me because I like poop.
Feb 01, 2010 at 3:09 pm
Please make a total carry solution that protects that big piece of glass.
Feb 02, 2010 at 3:57 am
Please, oh please, make a nylon sleeve for the iPad – just like you have for the 13″ Macbook. Ideally it should fit the unprotected iPad as well as the iPad with the Apple iPad case.
Feb 10, 2010 at 11:07 am
How about a neoprene sleeve for the iPad like the Macbook Air? Zippers neither desired, nor required!

iPad Case for College Students:
– Slim folio that snaps shut
– Folds over to make a stand and to type on like Apple’s version
– Has a few pockets inside front flap to store handouts, papers to hand in, etc
– Pencil / pen holder for test / quiz taking, etc
– Detachable cord to wear like a drawstring backpack or over the shoulder
– Easy access top flap to pull iPad out or insert quickly
– Side protection is important, with water-resistant fabric for when the weather changes on campus
Love the iPad swivel dock idea that “Lew” suggested.
Also a new slim line of backpacks would be nice with iPad quick access that could store iPhone, keys, wallet, sunglasses, and other small items for class – like that book that maybe isn’t available for iBooks yet, etc.
Just something that protects it all around because this thing will be carried a lot between classes without lugging a large, traditional bookbag. The iPad is essentially replacing my backpack that contains a Macbook Pro, spiral notebook, and about 7 textbooks. I can’t wait to take a load off! Set me up Incase! I love your Slider case on my iPhone 3GS!!

I would love to see a super sleek case that can double as a stand like the fold-over Apple one. (This comment was entered via ipad) :)

I would like to see one with a place for a notepad on the opposite side from the ipad. I still have to take a lot of notes and would love to have a place to incorporate those items as well.
Mar 12, 2010 at 11:57 am
Make one that is animal-unfriendly; something with leather, fur and bits of bone or teeth.
Mar 12, 2010 at 12:13 pm
I would like to see a sleeve style case with screen cleaning capability. I am sure my iPad will have lots of fingerprints when I am done using it, so a case that cleans the screen as you put it in and out of the case would be ideal.
Also if you could design the sleeve to accommodate the iPad being placed on top of it to keep it from scratching on hard surfaces like a table it would be great. Something maybe rubberized (silicone) or something to keep it from slipping would be great.
other than that I want to just use the iPad naked (the iPad not me).
Mar 15, 2010 at 6:25 pm
Please, please tell me you plan to provide a case identical to the neoprene sleeve you make for the MacBook Air. That slim, nylon slip would be perfect, especially with some sort of thin strap. It would allow us to use the iPad naked, without a case, yet when done easily slip it back into that slim, elegant, cushioned sleeve and carry it with us.
Please,
From many.

I agree with Amy! MacBook Air style! When will we hear about your iPad line, Incase?
Mar 18, 2010 at 6:42 am
I would like to 3rd Amy’s request. The slim neoprene slip with the faux fur interior would be perfect.
A snap on back protector would be great as well.
Mar 19, 2010 at 6:30 am
Please make a slider for the iPad. Love that case.
Mar 19, 2010 at 7:30 am
Yeah, do you have a release date in mind? Hopefully it’s ready on or a little before the 3rd. That’s when me, and whoever else pre-ordered, will be purchasing cases. Probably a good idea for Incase to jump on that train, especially since your cases are probably most in demand.

Make a front chest pouch for the iPAD so we can use it as a replacement receiver for our laser tag games. :)
Mar 23, 2010 at 10:38 am
InCase Slider for iPad. I would love it because it does not add much bulk.
Mar 23, 2010 at 7:06 pm
I have the Protective Cover for my iPhone 3GS and my iPod touch. They are perfect. Not too thick and protective of my devices. The equivalent for my iPad would be very welcome (in black). Just my 2 cents!
Mar 25, 2010 at 1:32 pm
I want to see an adapter so I can clip my iPad into a trapper keeper- type 3 ring binder.
Mar 25, 2010 at 6:06 pm
I know that this has already been stated but I would like to re-emphasize that a silicone case is the way to go! I have a normal iPod, an iTouch, and another iTouch that I bought for my father and I have bought a silicone case for all of them! I love my silicone case and it has come in handy the two (oh… Oops! Now 3) times that I have needed it!
Thank you incase for all of the hard work and efforts that you have put into each and every case that you make!
Mar 30, 2010 at 8:42 pm
I would love to see a Perforated Snap case for the iPad. (Just like the one I have for my 3GS.) I have gotten several compliments on it when I leave it out of my pocket on the table. In my mind it is the perfect case you have made because it is super thin, and it actually highlights the industrial design of the device that Apple spent a lot of time and effort designing.
Keep up the good work! I have to say, you guys make the best cases on the market today, and lord knows I have tried a lot of them! Thanks again!
Apr 02, 2010 at 9:32 pm
I’m with Jake and the others who have asked for a Perforated Snap Case. Anything that requires unzipping, unsnapping, or otherwise opening is too much for the iPad!
That said, I laughed out loud at Tuffnuts’ comment.

Slider and Snap types are the must! Metallic/Mustard/Fluro even Camo are great for ipad.
Actually I am using a Gun Metal Slider for my 3GS but the most I want is Mustard coz I can’t find it in HK. Can you help?
