iPad Has Arrived and Incase Has You Covered
Whether you are using your iPad on the go or need a case that can secure your device in handheld and desktop scenarios, Incase has a protective solution for you. We’ve taken some of our most popular case styles and custom fit them for iPad as well as designed a number of new products specifically for iPad.
Our Grip Protective Cover for iPad is a durable, silicone rubber case that features two contoured rails on its back panel to provide you with enhanced grip and comfort when holding your iPad in landscape position.
Our Protective Cover features the same durable, silicone rubber construction and a flat back surface for added stability when using your iPad on a desktop. Both the Grip Protective Cover and Protective Cover feature custom cutouts for direct access to all iPad features and come packaged with a viewing stand for your iPad.
The signature Incase Neoprene Sleeve is now available in two styles for iPad: Neoprene Sleeve Plus and Neoprene Slip Sleeve Plus. A protective interior border runs the length of the Neoprene Sleeve Plus’ seams, giving it added structure and providing increased protection to the periphery of your iPad.
The Neoprene Slip Sleeve Plus features a slip entry opening for easy device access while maintaining complete iPad coverage. Both the Neoprene Sleeve Plus and Neoprene Slip Sleeve Plus feature our signature faux-fur lining for scratch protection and come packaged with a viewing stand for your iPad.
Created specifically for iPad, our Convertible Book Jacket is a multifunctional portfolio-style case that secures your iPad during travel and when on display in landscape position. Opening the Convertible Book Jacket takes it from carrying case to viewing stand with multiple angles in one easy step.
For a more robust carrying solution, the Nylon Travel Kit Plus provides organization and complete protection for your iPad and accessories with its durable nylon construction, three-sided zippered closure, ample storage pockets and a plush faux-fur lined iPad compartment. The Nylon Travel Kit Plus comes packaged with a viewing stand designed with a cord management feature for your iPad.
Our popular chargers have been refreshed to work with iPad. Featuring a powerful 2-amp output USB port, both the Combo Charger and Car Charger are Works with iPad, iPhone and iPod certified by Apple, ensuring that your Apple portables stay powered up no matter where your travels take you.
These products represent the first wave of Incase iPad protective solutions available now in our webstore and at the Apple Store. Keep an eye out for more to come in the near future.

Are these going to be sold at Apple Retail locations as well? I like to see how it looks and feels in person.

Will the Slip Sleeve Plus be able to fit the iPad with the silicone Protective Cover on?
Apr 05, 2010 at 8:59 am
Gadgetmac: No.
Apr 05, 2010 at 9:39 am
Bolight: Apple Canada will have our cases in stores as soon as the iPad launches in Canada.

I was super psyched to see the Neoprene Slip Sleeve on sale when I got my iPad on Saturday. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for Incase to come out with. Fits the iPad great and with minimum bulk. Nice detailing too. Well done.

I saw that the iPad with Protective Cover will not fit in the Neoprene Slip Sleeve Plus. Will it fit in the Neoprene Sleeve Plus?
Apr 07, 2010 at 1:43 pm
Litestart: That won’t fit. But we might have another solution for you, give us a call at: 1-888-283-8288
Apr 08, 2010 at 8:03 am
@litestart: While it’s a little tight, I can fit my iPad in a Protective Cover into my Neo Sleeve Plus. But I’d be interested to know what @flapple has up his/her sleeve (pun!).
On another note — while I love my Protective Cover on the iPhone and have purchased a bunch of them over the years — I am disappointed that the iPad Protective Cover seems to be a magnet for dust, hair, fur, and fabric. Depending on where I set the iPad down, I’ll pick it up and feel, for instance, little strands of dust and cat fur as I grasp it. Those of you without cats may not have this problem, but caveat emptor.

Will the Convertible Book Jacket cover fold all the way back behind the iPad?
Apr 08, 2010 at 1:29 pm
RickM: Yes it does and it puts the iPad in a nice angle for typing.

Will you be making a slider case for the iPad? The current cases and sleeves are great but it would be awesome to have a rigid and compact case like that of the iPhones.
Apr 11, 2010 at 8:20 am
Will you be making more colors for the convertable jacket? Maybe in the tan tones or faux suede?
Apr 12, 2010 at 11:53 am
My biggest beef with the Apple case is that the added material prevents my iPad from making a connection with the keyboard dock. Have you tested the Convertible Book Jacket cover with any of the docks?

Apr 16, 2010 at 1:10 pm

Any chance of a Convertible Book Jacket for iPad in nylon?
Apr 19, 2010 at 6:29 pm
So a new ipad comes out and already one of your cases is on back order 3-4 weeks ?? (convertible book jacket) Wow.looks like I’ll have to settle for some other company. I can’t wait while my ipad is getting dings on it.

I agree with the other requests for the slider case for iPad!!! Please make one, I will purchase!
Apr 30, 2010 at 8:07 am
Just got the Grip Protective Cover for my iPad and must say that I am disappointed with it. The sides fold over easily and feels like the iPad can easily slip out.
I have the Slider Case for my iPhone and would really like to see one made for the iPad.
May 17, 2010 at 6:46 pm
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make my beloved slider case for the iPad… there is NOTHING like it on the market today. Neoprene or Silicone cases (or condoms like I call them) are not great.
I want to be able to slip my iPad with the protective cover into my awesome zippered nylon pouch (incase) but the iPad neoprene cover from incase does NOT slide easily nor is it slim enough to fit even if I force it.
Right now I am using a really poorly built product which is fake carbon fiber on plastic. I want my Slider Case!

flapple, you claim the incase cases will be in canada as soon as the ipad launch. i walked all the way to our local apple store only to find that they do not carry all cases and only have 1 model available. i was interested in the travel pack plus but now im not sure where to find this case. I called the store and was told they could ship it for $27 but thats a bit high for a case. Can you be more specific when you post on the forums as to when items will be in stores?
May 28, 2010 at 11:26 am
@Jamie: Unfortunately Apple stores can’t carry everything we offer.
May 28, 2010 at 2:09 pm
could you possibly assist in tracking down this product? with iPad being a hot item, where can canadians find your ipad cases? no canadian distributers have these yet?
May 28, 2010 at 2:23 pm
Jamie: We will investigate that for you. In the meantime, feel free to call us at +1-626-338-6400 and ask for Frank. He should be able to hook you up with a good shipping price.

Thanks flapple!

Will the iPad, with the convertible book jacket on, fit into the travel kit plus? I have a convertible book jacket, which I love, but would like to be able to carry some accessories too.
Jun 01, 2010 at 9:52 am
@James: That won’t fit. But you can use the Grip Protective Cover and the Protective Cover with the Travel Kit Plus.
Jun 28, 2010 at 5:31 am
Hello, I just want to know why these incredible cases and protections from Incase aren’t available on apple.ca??? Where can I buy one if I live in Canada? Thanks a lot!
Aug 08, 2010 at 9:15 pm
So, i just ordered the travel kit plus for ipad, i also wanted to silicone protective cover. Will that also fit in the case or will i have to remove it to put the ipad in for traveling? Do you have pictures of that working.
Aug 09, 2010 at 9:33 am
