Incase at Apple Carrousel du Louvre

On Saturday, November 7th, Apple opened the doors to its 277th store. This beautiful store is Apple’s first in France and has an incredible location inside of the Louvre in Paris!

Apple Store Paris

The Incase Sales Team had the pleasure of being in attendance, meeting the staff, and touring the store. The energy of the Apple staff and the thousands of hungry customers that lined up around the block was amazing. We took some images of the location, the store, and the Incase product displayed inside which can give you a sense of how special this new store is.

In addition to the Carrousel du Louvre and André special products, Incase also had the pleasure of joining Apple in launching their iPod touch base point-of-sale device by designing and supplying a holster to carry this new device.

AnOther Magazine and colette Bring Gareth Pugh Artistry to Incase

AnOther Colette

The capsule collection for AnOther | colette includes a 13” MacBook Pro Sleeve and iPhone 3GS Slider Case ornamented with exclusive graphic artwork by fashion designer Gareth Pugh. The graphic is synonymous Pugh’s bold design sensibility, turning personal technology devices into statement pieces. Pugh’s fractal print cleverly intersperses stars within the graphic in reference to his signature star print featured in lining and on tees within his collection.

“Our partnership with AnOther Magazine, colette and Gareth Pugh demonstrates the relevance and complementary nature of fashion and technology,” said Damon Way, Incase Chief Brand Officer. “We all share a passion for forward-thinking innovation and have mutual respect for each other’s design aesthetics, which resulted in an unexpected partnership with a unique point of view reflected in the pieces we’ve produced.”

The highly limited collection is part of a collaborative project between AnOther Magazine and Colette, featuring a select group of favored brands and designers handpicked to create the six limited-edition products for this iteration of the project. All products in the series will be carried exclusively by select boutiques in major fashion capitals of the world—Paris, London, Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York and Los Angeles.

This capsule collection of Incase product for AnOther | colette will be available for purchase this week online at AnOther Magazine with availability following at select boutiques worldwide.

News from WWDC and Incase Products

Yesterday’s keynote address at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference brought an air of excitement and anticipation with the introduction of both the new iPhone 3G S and a refreshed MacBook Pro family.

Incase for iPhone 3G S

Because iPhone 3G S will retain the same form as iPhone 3G, current Incase iPhone 3G cases are expected to be compatible with iPhone 3G S. We’re looking forward to the June 19 iPhone 3G S launch when we will be able to confirm the utmost compatibility with all Incase products.

Just as the iPhone has become the mobile phone of choice since its introduction, we strive to be the brand of choice for iPhone owners by continuing to offer a variety of cases for any and every user. Be on the lookout for updates about our new protective solutions that we’ll be introducing in the near future.

A MacBook For Every User

MacBook family upgrades, price reductions and a new 13” addition to the MacBook Pro family were welcomed announcements out of WWDC.

For new MacBook owners looking for a carrying solution, our current offering of Neoprene Sleeves and Nylon Sleeves are compatible with each notebook of their respective size. We are currently working to create custom fit Hardshell Cases for all sizes within the new MacBook Pro family.

Keep checking with us for all the latest product news and information.

Home Base

Okay so, you’re on this scavenger hunt right? But everytime you get a new clue it directs you to a new place and a new page in a new book. After about 20 new clues and pages and books, you’re lost. Scary.

Now imagine that this “scavenger hunt” I speak of is really a metaphor for how you start clicking links on a web page until you forget where you started in the first place. (Still creepy, but at least you can do it in your pajamas.)

You know what I’m talking about. Don’t front Mom.

Well, I can’t help you with the real life scavenger hunt, but if you’re afraid of getting lost in the internet jungle, start doing the apple-click (Mac) or the control-click (people that haven’t bought a Mac yet) when you’re opening a link.

That way you open your links in a new page without losing home base

Bread crumbs on the keyboard and mouse void most warranties.
