Now Available: Premiere Audio Collection
We are excited to announce that our highly anticipated Audio Collection is now available. Comprised of four headphone models ranging in price from $49.95 to $199.95, the Audio Collection makes its retail debut today in our webstore and soon at Apple Store locations worldwide.
The Audio Collection represents a synthesis of precision sound engineering and minimal design achieved through an approach we call Incase Sound Design. With this as our guiding ethos, we have utilized our expertise in designing and developing products that provide enhanced mobility and user experiences to create headphones that deliver a clean, natural sound that accurately reproduces the source audio.
Natural Sound
Our headphones feature custom-tuned audio drivers engineered to provide a smooth and even response across the entire audio spectrum. The Capsule In Ear model uses custom 8.5mm drivers while the Sonic Over Ear features high-performance 40mm titanium drivers designed to deliver the cleanest, clearest reproduction of your music. Reflex and Pivot On Ear models use large 40mm custom drivers to deliver a consistent and expansive sound spectrum.
Minimal Design
The natural acoustics of Incase headphones are complemented by their physical design, featuring graceful curves and hidden joints for an exceptionally clean look. The seamless designs maintain smooth contours and take into account biomechanics by matching the natural shape of the ear and the head for improved fit and sound isolation to reduce unwanted external noise. The full range of headphones maintains an understated elegance reinforced by the use of a tactile soft-touch matte finish for a subtle, refined appearance.
Custom Fit
Comfort and fit are also top considerations in the design and material selection. In addition to enhancing the physical design, the hidden joints employed in the Sonic, Reflex and Pivot models provide a wide range of adjustment to allow for the perfect personal fit. The Sonic model utilizes suede covered memory foam earcups, which reduce pressure points and provide superior comfort. The Capsule headphones match the shape of the human ear canal for improved fit, comfort and sound isolation and come packaged with three pairs of silicone eartips in different sizes.
Connected Control
Every pair of Incase headphones features a built in microphone and remote that works with iPhone, iPad and iPod. With both listening and communications capabilities, Incase headphones simplify travel needs and further our goal of delivering a fully integrated mobile experience.

Rostarr Wallpaper

This design for this wallpaper, utilized in the ninth installment of Curated by Arkitip, was created by Romon Kimin Yang, aka Rostarr. A multi-disciplinary artist, painter and filmmaker living and working in Brooklyn. The graphics, based on a series of paintings inspired by the Tour de France, deal with the nature of competition between individuals, the energy and emotion of the race, and ultimately, the reward.
Introducing Rostarr for Curated by Arkitip
For the ninth installment of Curated by Arkitip, artist Romon Kimin Yang, aka Rostarr, explores human nature via a series of geometric paintings applied to Incase’s signature protective cases. Available today, the Rostarr capsule collection for Curated by Arkitip treats Incase products as a vessel for delivering original Rostarr artwork with a range that includes a 15″ Protective Sleeve, Book Jacket for iPad 2 and Snap Case for iPhone 4.
Rostarr for Curated by Arkitip features original artistry inspired by the 2009 Tour de France through which the artist explores the nature of competition between individuals, the energy and emotion of the race as it happens and, ultimately, the reward. The series of polymorphic paintings combines hard architectural lines with a soft palette of grey and a pop of orange, exemplifying a visual language Rostarr calls “Graphysics,” which characterizes the geometric dynamism found in his work.
Check out the video on the Rostarr project for an inside look at the artist’s creative process.
First Look: Rostarr for Curated by Arkitip
Korean-born Rostarr is a multidisciplinary artist, painter and filmmaker living and working in Brooklyn. For the past 15 years, he’s blurred the lines between graphic design and art and is best known for his colorful abstract polymorphic paintings, totemic iconographic characters and black and white calligraphic drawings.
The Rostarr series for Curated by Arkitip includes a Snap Case for iPhone 4, Book Jacket for iPad and 15″ Sleeve for MacBook Pro and will be available on May 25.
Introducing Incase for Andy Warhol
We are proud to unveil our collaboration with The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts. This distinctive collection features Warhol’s artwork applied to select cases, sleeves and bags for iPhone, iPad and MacBook.
As a cutting-edge visual artist, Warhol understood and embraced technology and saw it as the future of contemporary culture and the arts. Warhol once said “A lot of people could help me with parts and segments of the business, but only a computer would be totally useful to me…A computer would be a very qualified boss.” Fittingly, Incase for Andy Warhol fuses his artwork our technology-driven designs. We launch this continuing series with Warhol’s late-era Camouflage and the Banana screen print created in 1966, which also appeared on the cover of The Velvet Underground & Nico’s self-titled debut album. Additional signature Warhol graphics are featured on our iPhone Snap Cases including his striking 1964 Flowers print, Dollar Signs (1982), a wry commentary on art as a consumer item, and a colorful cow portrait taken from his whimsical 1966 Cow Wallpaper.
“It’s an absolute honor to work within the legacy of one of the most influential individuals to touch the world of art and pop culture,” says Damon Way, Incase Chief Brand Officer. “Andy Warhol was known for pushing boundaries and redefining convention, something that we greatly admire and exercise at every opportunity.”
“Incase has created an exciting collection that taps in to the creative, non-conformist spirit of Andy Warhol and embodies his sophisticated sense of design, ” says Michael Hermann, Director of Licensing at The Andy Warhol Foundation. “Incase for Andy Warhol is a fitting tribute to the artist who continues to inspire us to think differently.”
On Wednesday, April 6, Incase and The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts will host a private event in New York to celebrate the launch of Incase for Andy Warhol. The event will draw from Warhol’s seemingly prescient stance on technology and its effect on popular culture with interactive art installations, as well as showcase the newly released collection. The entire event will be captured on video via iPhone 4 and will be streaming live on goincase.com.
Select Incase for Andy Warhol products are available today with additional products coming soon and available for pre-order. Incase for Andy Warhol will be available soon through the Apple Store, Apple’s retail stores and discerning boutiques worldwide.
Coming Soon: Incase for Andy Warhol

The Spring 2011 collection will feature his iconic Camouflage and Banana screen prints as well as additional Warhol works.
