Last month we organized a photo contest on Instagram with Paul Rodriguez. After receiving over 2000 (!) entries we have finally found the winners. Here they are and the prizes they won.
Paul’s personal pick:
Since its introduction, the Paul Rodriguez Signature Collection has defined skate-travel through its skateboard-specific, yet versatile designs that meet the daily needs of skaters and travelers alike. New this Fall is the Skate Pack Lite and the Protective Sleeve for MacBook/MacBook Pro, providing your essentials complete coverage during your travels in Paul’s signature style.
The Skate Pack Lite takes the fundamental features of the collection’s Skate Pack and distills them into a slimmer, trimmer version. Featuring a single primary storage compartment, exterior skateboard attachment with an adjustable Velcro strap and abrasion-resistant exterior, dedicated notebook compartment and an array of pockets for organization, the Skate Pack Lite is the ideal choice for day travel. Available in five colorways that run the gamut from the understated Moss Green to the striking, color-blocked Cobalt/Orange or Aqua/Fuchsia there is a Skate Pack Lite for every mood, whether you’re out cruising or shredding.
The Protective Sleeve brings Paul’s signature style to your most essential tech: your notebook. Featuring the same durable nylon construction as the collection’s packs, the Protective Sleeve features an abrasion-resistant binding and a custom exterior logo print. On the inside, a padded faux-fur interior secures your notebook with complete protection. The Protective Sleeve is available in 13” and 15” sizes in basic Black and the bright Aqua/Fuchsia.

We tasked our friends Mike Martin and Gabe Morford (of MASH) with the job of documenting Paul Rodriguez during one of his recent visits to San Francisco. Watch how Paul navigates the city’s streets, hills and skate spots. Check out scenes from 3rd and Army, Pier 7 and Hubba Hideout while listening to the song “Watching Trees” performed by underground 80s synth-wave band Eleven Pond (written by Jeff Gallea).

To meet the daily travel needs of skateboarders, we bring you the new Paul Rodriguez Signature Collection. Fusing undeniable P-Rod style and skateboard-specific design with our advanced craftsmanship, the collection continues to innovate with a new Duffel Bag and a redesigned Skate Pack to deliver the optimum in durability, protection and functional design.
Paul’s signature Duffel Bag expands on the collection’s sensibility with weather-resistant nylon construction, a spacious main compartment and weather-resistant lined bottom half that incorporates a tool kit panel to house decks and tools while on the go. The Duffel Bag also features a skateboard attachment with adjustable Velcro straps and abrasion-resistant composite exterior for easy and secure deck loading and a dual purpose carryall handle/padded shoulder straps with Velcro closure and stash pocket. The zippered side pocket contains a hideaway leash that instantly transforms the Duffel into a rolling bag when attached to your skateboard.
Also included in the Collection is Paul’s Signature Skate Pack. The practical exterior skateboard attachment with adjustable Velcro straps and abrasion-resistant composite exterior for secure deck loading makes the Skate Pack a must-have. To keep you organized, there’s a dedicated iPhone/iPod pocket with faux-fur lining, reinforced notebook compartment (fits up to 15″ MacBook Pro), dual water bottle pockets with drainage and an extensive array of interior pockets.
