Slider Case

I just brought this case today from the Apple Store and so far I have to say I am very impressed. I have a white and it fits so well and it makes my phone look amazing. It was a bit pricey at 50 dollars Australian but it came with an S stand and my phone looks awesome sitting on my desk. If you want a great cae for your phone - get this one.

sleek, light, does the job

I've actually gone through 2 of these in my year of owning an iphone (2G phone). Currently on my third. Though one would think it's a bad thing that I've gone through so many already, but really it's not. It just means the case did its job and took the impact of the falls! What tended to happen was like another reviewer said - the bottom part is pretty thin where the dock and speaker space is, so that part broke. In between my 2nd and 3rd cases, I bought the rubber "Protective Cover" from incase bc I wanted some color and it was a big mistake. The next fall my phone took, made one of the corners a little loose :( Sure, my phone "bounced" but it still took the brunt of the impact.

So, I've had my new slider case for a few months now and it's been great. A few chips here and there, but my phone hasn't suffered any more injuries.

I only wish they had a matte finish one too bc sometimes it feels a little slippery or gets smudged easily from oily hands (other peoples not mine!).

Favorite case! I have gone through about 5 cases now. This one is by far the nicest. Easy to take out of my pocket and easy to hold the phone. Slides on/off very easily and does a good job at keeping the dirt out. The plastic is very durable. I have dropped it in my house a couple times and maybe a few scratches here or there but will not crack. I'm considering stepping on it to test its durability :-)

Great case

I bought this case after a guy at the Apple Store recommended it to me. I was there getting a replacement iPhone after mine fell and broke (and the iPhone broke too!) This case has been dropped a couple times and although it left a couple small scuffs on the case, it did its job protecting my iPhone. And the case looks great too. I have the black one and it really makes my iPhone look sleek. Everyone thinks I have the new 3G version because of the black color! I also love that it slides in and out of my pocket easily due to the smooth surface.

Best thin case for original iPhone

I'm currently on my second case, only because my first one performed it's duty and sacrificed itself upon the grocery store floor. The removable bottom is very convenient to dock, although the ultra-thin size is a double edged sword: I cracked the bottom portion of one case pulling the bottom half off.

Slick case BUT.....

I've had this case for less than three months before it cracked. I dropped it on CARPET and the side with the volume and silent keys cracked. But overall the case is well designed for it's sleekness but not for it's durablility. But I do agree that it is by far the best case for the iphone.

No.1 hardcase for iPhone

The feel, built and quality of the incase slider is surpassed by none. I have the white one and it makes my iPhone looks amazingly sleek.
I only wished they would ship outside of USA, the amount I paid to import this case is almost the price of the case itself. But still it's worth it.

Amazing Case

I just received this case yesterday and it is BRILLIANT!

Cases normally make the object it is protecting look cheap and a bit tacky, but I must say this case makes my iPhone look almost edible!

I think my iPhone has found the ultimate protection! Thanks Incase!

iPhone Slider Case

Just like other reviews, unsatisfied with the rubber case by incase. Decided to give them another shot with sider, and I am very happy. Tight fit and great look...can't wait to get the matte black case in addition.

amazing case. buy it NOW

This case is incredible. I bought it two weeks ago, and i haven't had one single problem. A bottom piece slides off so that you can dock it, while keeping the main shell on. tThere are two small liners of rubber on the inside of the case (which tightly fits the phone by the way) which keep it elevated from the hard shell, avoiding the possibility of grains of sand or anything scratching your phone. The case keeps the chic of the iPhone intact and adds virtually no bulk to it. It doesn't smudge or cover any of the screen. Buy this immediately.

Just inCase

After receiving the rubber InCase iPhone case with the topographic pattern and being less than pleased, I hesitantly decided to give InCase another shot at protecting my lifeline. The slider case is awesome. The gloss black looks amazing on the already cutting edge iPhone design. It fits tight and, maybe best of all, the case is super thin. One thing about it though, if you have any trouble holding on to a case-less iPhone, this may give you some problems. I don't see it as a dealbreaker though. I haven't dropped the phone with it yet so it can't be that bad. Given that, I also don't quite know what extent exactly the protection level that the case provides yet. Buy this case. The $35 is worth it.

Best Case I have found

This case is amazing. I think it completes the phone. I had a hard time gripping the "naked" iphone, because of its thin shape. This case does not add visible bulk, but it does make it thick enough for better grip. Also it looks so sleek and elegant. It is the perfect case for anyone who does not want to loose the look of the iphone, and do not want to add any extra bulk.
There will be finger prints visible on the back, but this is only when you hold the phone up close for inspection. I am very picky and have to have my phone spotless, but for me these fingerprints are not a problem. You will be so happy when you recieve this case, and slide it on.

Nice Case

Really does fit beautifully, adds very little bulk to the overall package of the phone. Since it doesn\'t cover the home button and is thin around the chrome bezel, it doesn\'t impede typing letter on the outside/bottom edge of the keyboard ( I had this problem with another case). Bottom is fairly easy to remove to dock. Overall, the piano black finish looks slick as hell. I just really wish it wasn\'t 35 bucks though; that pretty expensive for a case, and at that price they should at least include a film to cover the front. So far, this my only knock on this product.

***DEFINITELY get this case over the rubbery \"protective cover\" with the topo pattern. That one would stick to the inside of your pocket and, over the course of a month, stretched out and ended up fitting poorly. After that experience I was very unhappy, but after great customer service and this new case I\'m back on Incase\'s side.

great finish on the black case. Fits like a charm too. Best thing is it doesn't cover the face of the iPhone around the home button and ear piece.
