I received my new Ipad 2 and Mag Snap Case yesterday, and although I haven't had it more than 24 hours, my initial reaction is I am very happy with my purchase. It covers the back of the Ipad nicely, without making the ipad bulky or unappealing. It's still very sleek looking and nice to hold in your hands. I don't think it would prevent damage if dropped from a high height, but would likely be better off if it fell with case vs without case, and will most definitely protect back of ipad from nicks and scratches. As I haven't had the case that long, and still don't have my smart cover, I cannot comment on the cases functionality with the smart cover, but so far very happy with case.
