Impressive Bag

I was attracted to this bag after seeing a friend carrying it. I though it was just a simple sling bag until he pulled a DSLR out from it. I was totally blown away. Being a photo-enthusiast myself, I had to get one. I've own this bag for about a month now and this is my assessment of it:

Pros:
- design is very stealthy, low key
- nice materials: very good nylons, zippers, buckle
- well constructed: tight stitching, straight seams
- comfortable even on long hikes
- breathable mesh padding
- very roomy interior/camera compartment: able to store my Nikon D300s with attached 18-200mm lens and hood, with plenty of room for 2 more medium range zoom lenses and flash unit.

Cons:
- although foam dividers are removeable, the bag doesn't allow you to custom divide the interior
- only comes in black

I've been waiting years for a bag like this one!

This camera changed my routines and the arm does not hurt anymore! I travel a lot, I carry my cameras and this bag is a miracle to me. I carry 3 batteries, 2 chargers, 2 large lenses and a Canon 5D body...few filters, some memories and lens hoods. Not only they all fit in perfect harmony, but they also get that type of protection that I need for my gear. The Sling Pack is designed with ergonomic and good looking in mind. I searched and searched but nothing come seven close to it.

Sling pack

I got this pack just over three weeks ago. i bought it to carry and protect my DSLR and other electronics. I now just got back from a 12 day trip to Germany that I of course brought this bag to. I can officially say i love this bag. I wore it everyday all the time for these 12 days and not only did it succeed in protecting my DSLR but it was also able to hold many other things. If you know anything about springtime in Europe you will know it is very rainy and this bag got quite wet and never let a single drop get inside the bag. It is comfortable, practical and works great

Having bought other bags for my DSLR, i found that there weren't many bags that worked right for me. Im always on the go shooting with my canon 7d, 2 or 3 lenses and an external flash needing something that would be able to keep up with me. I have found it. I love the sling style and the fact that i can throw it around and have the zipper facing me to grab whatever i may need instantly. Quality is excellent and design is beautiful. Overall a great bag.

Black DSLR Sling Pack

I just got the all black DSLR Sling Pack a week ago and i am very happy with it thus far. It feels very sturdy and well padded in the back. It is very comfortable and it feels really light even while its full. In it right now, i have two camera bodies (D200 and an old SLR) and 3 lenses (50mm, 105mm and a 24-70mm which is a large lens) it has a lot of small pockets for filters, cords, batteries and memory cards which is very handy. Like all camera bags, the inside padding can moved around to fit your preference. The size is nice too, it does not bounce around on your back if you need to run somewhere. Over all it is a very nice bag.

DSLR Sling Pack

i was excited when i heard about Incase getting into DSLR bags - i own 3 computer bags and they all rock - GOTTA LOVE THE FUUURRRR. i have a d300s, sb900 flash and 5 lenses - no they do not all fit in the bag, and the battery grip needs to come off the camera for it to even fit, but otherwise it is a rock solid easy to use and easy to carry bag if you are on a day trip somewhere, out to a football game, or on a photoshoot wtih minimal needs. - i have a Benro Travel Angel Tripod that fits PERFECTLY under the bag adn it is tight adn secure. - i have enough room for the body with a lens ( even a big ass 17-55 WITH hood) , a 35 mm prime, and a 70-300 VR zoom and a flash (can also substitute another lens (wide angle 11-16 if i do not use flash) - all in all a very comfortable bag and deceptively small for what it holds. - not too many other bags out there really compare to this - they are oddly shaped and or bulky compared to this - nice job designing this - i can only hope for a larger bag down the line. - maybe COMBO laptop bag in the future? - New version of messenger bag (skate or large with camera inserts?)

Good indeed

Got my bag, it's comfortable to use on a daily basis and doesn't stick out too much on the train (passed NYC rush hour test), and holds all the items securely. At no point was I concerned about the safety of my camera (pentax k2000) or my lenses. I'm more than satisfied with the construction and materials (withstood light rain, waiting for a good rainstorm to hit). Without a doubt would recommend

Incase... oh, where to begin. I have always loved your products. I own a slip for my Macbook, the new nylon backpack and the 2 piece case for iPhone. There was always one piece missing, and that was an incase bag for my 5DMKII, but not anymore! This is exactly what I was waiting for and I can't wait to get this on order. You guys rock!

My favorite camera bag

I own many camera bags.
Backpacks, hip bags, top-loaders, big and small. The Sling Pack has replaced almost all of them. Every photographer that sees it wants one. When I show them what fits inside, they cannot believe it.

Despite it being smaller than every other bag I own except one, it holds:

- Canon 5D MKII with 24-70mm f/2.8L _attached_
- 70-200mm f/4L
- 50mm f/1.4
- 580ex flash
- STE-2 transmitter in carrying case
- spare batteries for flash, camera, and transmitter
- 77mm polarizing filter in carrying case
- spare CF cards in carrying case

All of that _without_ using the external pocket or straps.

It can be worn comfortably on your right shoulder, or properly on your left, and slung across your back. When slung, it can be slid under your right arm and used as a top-loader. It has handles on two sides, for carrying like luggage, and two external straps for a small travel tripod.

If you have approximately the amount of gear I like to carry around or less, there is no better camera bag. I recommend it without reservation.

As an added bonus, it doesn't look at all like a camera bag, deterring theft. And it costs less than half what many other dedicated camera bags cost.

Review of teh DSLR sling Pack

Let me start off by saying the construction of the pack is great. I purchased this bag so I could bring gear with me when I went on rides on my motorcycle. And when riding on the bike, this feels very sturdy, which is exactly what I wanted.
Also, the bag is surprisingly roomy. It does hold more than I thought it would.
The problems I have with the bag are only 2. 1) I use a pro body, and it cant fit into the bag. (truth is I only wanted the bag to carry spare lenses.... but it would be nice if i could get the body in there if i wanted). and 2) The designers cheaped out and used thin strips of Velcro in the bag, versus 1 large piece that wrapped all around the perimeter. Meaning you cant adjust where the dividers go. So Basically if your lenses don't fit into the size they dictated, your are out of luck. I use lens hoods on my glass, and I really have to play around to get the lenses with hoods on to fit.
All told, just 2 complaints. I use the bag, and I like it. I just wish it was slightly wider (so my body would fit) and that the Velcro wrapped around the entire interior. If these 2 things were different, I would use the bag all of the time, versus only using it occasionally, like i do now.

The best for small DSLR Kit

Just got the sling dslr pack and it's so beautiful, make me want to take it with me all the time.
I can put in it my small kit, nikon d700+24-85f 2.8-4+80-200f 2.8+nikon 35 f2.0+nikon flash sb-900+some batteries and CF cards+personal things.
I think it will be very welcome to make a bigger version of this pack.
