Practical
I got this knowing the iPhone 5 was coming out just around the corner. I have to say, I'm so happy I did. I can finally track my runs more accurately using the 3G network my iPhone 4 is on. In terms of comfort, sure it's a bit heavy to have a phone hanging off your arm. Didn't bother me, though. But now that my phone is busted, I need to buy a new one of these that fits an iPhone 5. InCase: ASAP!!

I disagree with the comment below, I love this case, sadly they don't make one that fits the iPhone 5 and it's the reason why I won't upgrade to an iPhone 5 just yet. The band is adjustable, it fits snug, which I like so i don't have to keep pulling it up when I'm out running or moving my arms. I think the comment below is referring to the metal bracket that holds the phone, if it's uncomfortable in one side for you, you can try moving it around until you find a place in your arm that doesn't bother you (tilted towards the tricep area works for me). I love how you can pull the phone out quickly and put it back in just as quick, and you don't have that plastic front that most armbands have the make the touch screen on the phone practically unusable. I've tried many armbands, modified others to see if it would help, and I've had this one the longest by far, please make one for the iPhone 5.
uncomfortable
I bought this armband for the iphone because it is one of the few that aren't too bully, don't entirely cover the phone, and the case itself actually slips on and off easily. However, that's where the good stops. The back of the case, where the armband and the case connect, is WAY TOO LARGE. I end up with discomfort, red marks, scratches and cuts from the band. It does not fit the natural curve of the delt/tricep area of the arm. The band is also small. If you can curl more than 35lbs, you'll have trouble making it fit without irritation and cutting your skin through normal movements. I am extremely disappointed and unpleased with this product. It's like they made the product without testing it on an actual person first.
