Within the United States

US Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the shipping method you picked.

  • UPS Ground (5-7 business days)
  • UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)

Orders placed after 1pm Pacific will be processed the next business day (not including weekends and holidays).

We charge a small handling fee on top of your order.

We only charge tax if you ship to an address in California.

Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a UPS tracking number.

Don't forget to provide us with your phone number or else UPS won't be able to deliver.

If you need to ship to a PO Box, please give us a call on 1-888-283-8288.

If you want to ship to a military address, please give us a call to place your order. We recommend using APO Box Shipping, but we can ship to other military addresses as well.

Outside the United States

International - We are pleased to offer international shipping. You may now place your order directly through our website. Please note that the shopping cart and all order emails are in English.

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for our international shipments. Shipping time will take approximately 1-3 weeks depending on your location and your local mail service.

Tracking Numbers - Tracking numbers are issued via USPS. Please note that the accuracy of this information is dependent upon your local mail service.

Costs - Shipping costs are typically between $15-$40 depending on the product ordered. You can get the exact cost during the checkout process. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or similar that you may incur when your product arrives.

If you need your order sooner, you can send us an email at [email protected] and we can provide you with additional shipping options, however, please keep in mind that expedited shipping for international shipments starts at $75.00.

Import Duties/Fees/Charges - Incase is not responsible for any import duties, fees, fines or other charges that you may incur upon receipt of the product and we cannot mark shipments as "gifts".
