Warranty Form

Please use the form below to report any issues which are covered by the Incase Warranty. The below outlines the process:

  1. Fill out the claim form below - please fill out the claim form as completely as possible in order to expedite your claim.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation with your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note it can take up to 2 hours to receive your RMA number.
  3. Respond to the email and attach a copy of your receipt and an image showing the damage. Claims will not be processed without a receipt. We will advise you on the next steps.
  4. Once we have the necessary information and/or product we'll send the replacement product out to you.

Depending on the information provided please allow 1-3 weeks to process your claim.
