Brian Roettinger’s childhood fascination with album artwork served as a gateway to his career in design, and provided the motivation to start his Hand Held Heart record label. Today, Hand Held Heart has grown into a multi-discipline design studio, reflecting Roettinger’s own evolution. His provocative explorations in music, typography, illustration and other media are have garnered wide recognition and accolades including a Grammy nomination for Best Album Packaging.
