Incase Warranty Claim Form

Please use the form below to report any issues which are covered by the Incase Warranty. The below outlines the process:

  1. Fill out the claim form below - please fill out the claim form as completely as possible in order to expedite your claim.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation wih your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note it can take up to 2 hours to revceive your RMA number.
  3. Respond to the email and attach a copy of your receipt and an image showing the damage. We will advise you on the next steps.
  4. If you don't have a receipt, send the product back to us using a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number. Please include a copy of your RMA number and make sure to write your RMA number on the box.
  5. Once we have the necessary information and/or product we'll send the replacement product out to you.

Depending on the information provided please allow 1-3 weeks to process your claim.
