Incase Return Form

Please use the form below to report any issues which are covered by the Incase Warranty. You must supply us with both the completed form and a copy of your original sales receipt. Please note that incomplete forms will not be accepted.

You can also use this PDF form, which you can mail or fax to us.

Once we can validate your claim we will issue you an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) receipt number. This will authorize us to accept your returned product for inspection.
